Rachel Ray is an Economic Development Administrator with the City of Dublin. Rachel is responsible for administering the City's business retention and expansion program, working with regional partners to attract new business investment, negotiating economic development agreements, and managing economic development projects that ensure Dublin continues to be the best community for business in the Columbus Region. Prior to transitioning to Economic Development in July 2015, Rachel spent 8 years in the Dublin Planning & Zoning Department, where she was responsible for managing current and long-range planning projects including the Bridge Park project in the City’s Bridge Street District. Rachel is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Masters of City and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University. She is also a member of the Ohio Chapter of the American Planning Association Board of Trustees where she serves as President.Presentation Overview

- Overview of the City of Dublin’s Economic Development Strategy, and how Rotary Club members can connect with their local economic development partners;
- Current economic outlook for the City of Dublin, with some regional perspectives;
- Dublin development project updates, including Bridge Park.
