Thanks to everyone who participated in this year’s fund-raiser. Fifty-three members sold 715 plants, totaling nearly $8,800, to family, friends and businesses. The top four salespersons are: Bill Shantz (100), Dick Ollila (88), Darnell Perkins (87), and Teresa Russell (70), accounting for 47 percent of all sales. Proceeds will be used to support community and club projects. Thanks to Dick Ollila and Bill Shantz for coordinating the plant sale this year.

Nineteen members donated 61 poinsettias for residents of area nursing homes. They are: Christie Bruffy (5); Rachel Dorothy (2); Frank Dunbar (2); Dave Hansen (4); Bob Hanson (10); John Jacob (1); Jerry Katz (2); Roe Mauro (2); Katie McCartney (2);
Jim Miller (2); Sam Milliron (2); Don Mottley (1); Peggy Murgatroyd (2); Dick Ollila (1); Steve Payerle (6); Bill Shantz (12); Doug Southgate (6); and Wynn Wiksell (1).

John Butterfield delivered plants to the following facilities: Bickford of Worthington, Claremont Retirement Village, Danbury of Columbus, Highbanks Care Center, The Laurels of Norwood, The Laurels of Worthington, Sunrise of Dublin, Wesley Glen Retirement Community, Willowbrook Christian Village and Worthington Christian Village.
